Eligibility for Returns and Refunds         
At Logicvibes Technologies Private Limited , We apologize if you receive a defective or damaged item. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving it. If you receive an incorrect item or a wrong product, we will arrange a return or exchange for you. The returned item must be undamaged and free from signs of wear and tear.   

To ensure a successful return, all tags, packaging, and invoices must be preserved. If any of these items are missing, the return may not be processed. Should an item not arrive in its original condition or contain missing parts, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible.  

Return Process       
Please contact our customer support team to initiate a return. You will be guided through this process and provided with specific instructions. Upon receiving and verifying the returned item, we will process the refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.   

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items       
Items that are perishable, such as flowers and plants, and items that are customized cannot be returned. Digital products, such as e-books or software, cannot be refunded or returned after they have been accessed or downloaded. If any of these categories have exceptions, you will be informed during the purchase process.  

Return Shipping        
In the case of a return, the user should be responsible for shipping costs. In the event of an error on our part, we will gladly cover return shipping costs.  

Refund Method         
In the event of a refund, the original payment method used for the purchase will be used for the refund. Once our team receives and inspects your returned item, you can expect to receive your refund within 5-7 business days.
