Shipment Information   

The services provided by Logicvibes Technologies Private Limited .It is our goal to provide seamless shopping experiences to our Indian customers. Delivery is estimated to take 3-8 business days from the date of dispatch for our domestic shipping services. The shipping method, destination, and external factors, such as weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, can affect shipping fees and delivery times.     

In the event that your order has been lost or damaged, please notify our team within 48 hours. Shipping charges are clearly displayed before you confirm your order. Before making a purchase, shipping costs can be reviewed and understood.   

Accuracy of Address      
In order to ensure a successful delivery, it is important to provide an accurate shipping address during the checkout process. Any delays or misdelivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the user are not our responsibility. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.  

It may not always be possible to make changes to an order once it has been processed. During the process of preparing the shipment for dispatch, certain details may not be able to be changed. Before placing your order, please ensure that the shipping information you provided is accurate.  

Order Cancellation   

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. Our website allows you to cancel an order by going to the 'Order' section of your account. We will notify you immediately via email or text if any issues arise with shipping or fulfilling your order.
